The Toronto ACHD Program is one of the first and largest Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) programs in the world and serves as a provincial and national resource for the rapidly growing ACHD population.

The program takes care of more than 10,000 adult patients with congenital heart disease in collaboration with a Multidisciplinary Team including congenital cardiologists, congenital interventionalists, congenital cardiac surgeons, electrophysiologists and cardiac anesthetists amongst others.

The ACHD Program has a dedicated ACHD Heart Failure Clinic led by ACHD Cardiologists, a combined ACHD Pulmonary Hypertension clinic, and a Hereditary Aortopathy Clinic. The ACHD program is affiliated with the Dalglish Family 22q11 Clinic, a dedicated clinic for patients with 22q11 deletion syndrome, located at Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, and with the Toronto Obstetric Medicine Program located at Mount Sinai Hospital, one of the largest programs of its kind.
